Hint Of Ginger Marinade Recipe

--------------FOR POULTRY, PORK, FISH--------------

3/4 c Soy sauce

1/4 c Dry sherry

1 Small carrot; peeled, minced

1 Garlic clove; minced

1 T Sweet red pepper; minced

1 1/2 t Ginger root; minced

2 Small scallions; chopped

1 t Lemon peel; grated

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
