Cape Beaujolais's Fine Fish Marinade Recipe

--------------FOR POULTRY, LAMB, FISH--------------

1/2 c Dry white wine

1/2 c Soy sauce

1/4 c Water

2 T Light brown sugar

1 Small white onion; minced

1 Small garlic clove; crushed

1/8 t Hot pepper sauce

1/4 t Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
