  1. I love burgers on the grill, except I grill grass fed meat. Grass fed beef is lower in calories and fat, higher in omega 3 fatty acids and beta-carotene, and has 4 times more vitamin e than traditional grain fed beef. I recently switched and I can’t get enough of the flavor. I am now like a grilling machine. That is all I want to do. If you are at all curious, you should look at the La Cense Beef website. They have lots of great information on grass fed beef. They also have recipes and tips on how to cook the meat to maximize the delicious flavor.
