Rosemary And Allspice Rub Recipe

1 Garlic clove; crushed

10 Allspice berries; crushed

1/2 t Finely chpd.rosemary leaves

2 T Olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Makes about 1/4 cup.
