2 pounds red potatoes
1 1/2 cups whole fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoon dry dill, 1 teaspoon fresh dill
1 teaspoon salt
Cube red potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes, place in a pot and cover with water, potatoes are served with the skins on. Boil potatoes until soft. Drain potatoes, and place into the fridge. When the potatoes have cooled place into a bowl, add yogurt, dill, and salt. Mix together well, and season for salt and pepper if needed. This tastes better when the flavors meld together.
