1 can (10.5 ounce) beef broth
1/2 cup diced onions
2 – 8 ounce cans or jars of small whole mushrooms (plus the juice of one of the cans or jars)
1/3 cup burgundy wine
Place the beef broth in a saucepan and simmer the onion in it for 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
