1 lb. Cream Cheese at room temperature
1/2 C. Sour Cream
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Garlic Powder
1/2 C. chopped Scallion
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl and stir until well mixed and smooth. Stir in the scallions. Serve on crackers or toasted bagel rounds.
